For the long history of this product, they were great for a variety of reasons (affordability, sustainability, ease of use and function) but somewhat limited in terms of customization/branding/graphics due to the printing process. Most designs were limited to 1 or 2 colors, with no complex graphics and minimal color overlap. Now that is no longer the case, as you can print practically any design you can dream of at a very affordable price and low minimum! This development and capability is brand new and we’re excited to see what exciting designs our customers come up with.

What is the Cost?

What is the Minimum?
As is true of any of our unpadded paper envelopes, the minimum remains a low 1 case (200-500 mailers).
What are the Lead Times?
This is perhaps the best news of all, in that printing digitally can reduce normal 4 week lead times to as low as 2 weeks as of the time of writing this post!
Can I print on White or Kraft?
Yes, you can print digitally on either envelope. Printing on kraft results in a softer, more pastel look. Printing on white makes your colors bolder, as it’s a bright finish with more pop. This really comes down to customer preference.
Are the Mailers Still Eco Friendly?
Absolutely. Digital printing is still accomplished with water based inks, and the mailer is fully recyclable and made from the same recycled content as before.
