It’s important to preface that this is not a Salazar Packaging promise or claim. We can never promise no breakage or damages on any products/items, most of all glass products and bottles. Weird things happen in the shipping world and we’ve all seen the UPS/FedEx driver who tosses around boxes in the truck like they are flipping pancakes. If your box falls off the truck and gets run over by a semi-truck, I guarantee there will be damages.
With that disclaimer firmly in place, what follows is a 100% honest and accurate account of the packaging we have designed for standard 5 oz hot sauce glass bottles, commonly referred to as “woozy bottles.” Over the course of the past 5 years, we’ve had quite a boom in hot sauce company inquiries who have reached out for packaging that can safely protect their bottles to arrive to their customers. What we’ve delivered are astonishing results and we’re proud to say that we have received numerous phone calls and emails from many customers telling us that to date they have received zero broken or damaged bottles while shipping our boxes. This is a great credit to our structural packaging design team, and the best news is that the hard work is already done. The blueprint exists, and you can take advantage of it by ordering the same packaging with NO tooling costs.
Single Bottle, 3 Pack, 5 Pack and More
We currently have 3 completed design sets for 5 oz woozy bottles. We have designed a single bottle shipper (mailer only) with no insert required. We’ve also designed a 3 pack mailer and insert, as 
well as a 5 pack mailer and insert. You could also ship 4 bottles within the 5 pack mailer if so desired, or 2 bottles within the 3 pack mailer. The best news is that since the tooling already exists, there is no startup cost other than print plates if you plan to custom print the boxes with your branding.
As you can see below, the inserts are designed with top and bottom protection to suspend the bottles in place during shipment, creating an air cell in all directions and eliminating both bottle to bottle contact, as well as bottle to box contact. This amazingly effective design is as close to perfect as anything in the packaging industry.

We understand that not every company is shipping the exact same size of bottles.
