In addition you will learn how they are a Certified B Corp and how they are committed to donating $1.00 for every candle they sell to Solar Aid, to help people around the world who are not connected to the power grid.
One of the things that first caught our attention was the pure, clean design of their product and company. So it did not surprise us when they decided to go with a minimalist exterior print on natural Kraft board and a very attractive, classy random repeat print inside. The package is eco-consistent and more importantly, consistent with the approach to market.
Good Product Protection = Positive Customer Experience
Most people will appreciate the graphic design of the Keaps BK boxes, but few will notice the die cut insert and foam pieces that cushion and protect the glass candle jars during shipment. Nothing can ruin a customer experience like finding the product they have been excitedly waiting for has broken in shipment. Good interior/protective packaging typically goes unnoticed, unless of course it fails to do its job.
USPS, UPS and FedEx shipping can be brutal on any product, more so on any form of glass or fragile product. Keeping the product safe is indeed a challenge but one we understand and overcome on a regular basis.
